DESCRIPTION:The Joan Ganz Cooney Center\, Rutgers University\, and New America are hosting Digital Equity: Technology & Learning in the Lives of Lower Income Families on February 3\, 2016.\n\nThe forum will highlight the results of a nationwide survey of lower-income families\, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
