Cat Botto

Project Manager

Cat Botto (she/her) is the project manager for the Joan Ganz Cooney Center’s Sandbox for Literacy Innovation, a project aimed at ensuring that the needs and perspectives of children from diverse backgrounds drive educational technology products development. Cat has an expertise in project management for international organizations, particularly focused on Early Childhood Development and Gender Equity. Prior to joining Sesame Workshop, Cat worked at UN Women on building multi-stakeholder initiatives to advance gender equity. Cat holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from University College London, and a graduate degree in International Development and Global Gender Studies from New York University.
