The nine case studies in this collection offer a look at what it means to design digital experiences with children’s well-being at the center. Created by the 2026 Well-Being by Design Fellows, they document how these emerging leaders across children’s media and technology are applying research-informed approaches within their own organizations—from incorporating youth perspectives into product development to rethinking design processes and team practices.
Together, these case studies demonstrate that designing for well-being is both practical and possible. We hope they inspire others to embed children’s voices, research, and well-being into the products and experiences they create.
